At its core, the MO290 utilizes non-destructive pinless technology to read moisture levels up to 19mm (0.75") below the surface of wood and building materials without causing cosmetic damage. Furthermore, its patented built-in infrared (IR) thermometer and integrated psychrometer calculate critical differentials, such as the exact condensation point, to pinpoint hidden cold spots within walls and ceilings.
